runs appreciably better with the long header and a large muffler. It may look
like a pipe, but it's just a muffler.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

improvement is in the header length and muffler volume. You really want
both.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

sell a shorty muffler, and the engine does not idle the same, and doesn't have
the mid-range grunt,</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

the exhaust bark becomes objectionable to these ears.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
