Mac has a hobby <BR>shop on the field and you can sit in rocking chairs on the shop's porch <BR>and watch the contest. Inside the building is THE BEST R/C hobby shop <BR>I have ever been in. If any of you are in the area, you should visit <BR>Mac's field.<BR><BR>The late season required having morning and afternoon flightlines due <BR>to the sun. On Saturday we arrived at the field to low clouds, caused <BR>by the tropical depression going into Louisiana. As a result, flying <BR>couldn't start until 11:00 A.M., when the clouds lifted. We flew three <BR>rounds for everyone but F3A, who got four. It was nearly dark before <BR>the F3A guys finished.
