<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">I have a Kavan starter with new brushes, new battery case, new NiMH battery pack from www.superbatterypacks.com and the original Nicad pack. Starter is acting like new again since I installed the new brushes, however, it is still not enough to turn over a cold Webra 160. It turns over a friends YS 140 DZ and 160 DZ with total ease, as well as the Mintor 140/170, Webra 145, OSs. Turns out the original Nicad pack was fine, starter just needed new brushes. Also has the "good" blue soft rubber insert. </font>
