<DIV><STRONG><FONT face="MS Sans Serif" size=2>Of course you are right Chris..
It is just something I am tickled to see come around to the other
extreme. Course I am one of those that has hard time still understanding
why Hanoi Jane was never tried for treason. Just trying to show my mind
set not start controversy. I am thankful that many people see through
the media garbage and truly appreciate what our women and men in the service
put up with and do for us to enjoy our freedoms and decent life style.
Flying my flags (USA & NAM service flag) proudly today.

waiting in grocery line a lady saw my cap and said she had to come up and

what I hear. The media can give us the bias of feeling ignored or spit on
for serving. Very nice to see the welcome change. Proud to have served and
would be glad to serve again if they would take me.

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>I wanted to say "Thank You" for all of the
sentiments for those who serve or have served. I find it very
heart warming when people of this great country express their gratitude
for those who server their country. I've served in the Air Force
for the last 16 years and have always felt it was a way of life,
not just a "job" or "adventure". I usually shy away
from the compliment because I've always felt it is a way of life for me
and therefore, one that doesn't need to be thanked. I know that is
not true, but for me being in the military, it is natural, so no
acknowledgement is needed. However, it does make my day when people do
acknowledge what we stand for. Not metaphorically, but there on
the front line. Thank You.</FONT></DIV>
