For everyone's information. The ballots were prepared
and mailed out by our new publisher - for around $300 plus postage. The
return address has Mr. Campbell's address simply so he can keep the ballots
that were not delivered because of an address change, or incorrect
address. After the ballots are counted and the election is over, the
undelivered ballots can be returned to the secretary to follow up in the
database. The addresses come from the database that is used to mail out
K-Factors, so the addresses should be correct so all current USA members will
receive a ballot.
