this time of the year, it seems much more likely that the US Postal Service
would be the problem, not any devious motives of anyone in NSRCA to
exclude you from the voting. I don't know what the post office loss or delay
rate is, but with 692 eligible members being sent ballots, I would guess a

with my NSRCA renewal card and wondering why I should send it back in if I
