<DIV>I remember asking the question at the '95 Nats, "when is the next NPAC going to be?". I had not been able to attend either, and really wanted to hit the next one. I was very disappointed to find out that there were no plans for another one. And I also remember being upset to find out that the NPACs only existed for political leverage. Maybe it was good thing, but still disappointing. </DIV>
