<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>If you do not receive a ballot, you may contact Maureen Dunphy and have one mailed to you (or e-mailed if you like). You can then fill it out and mail to the CPA.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>The CPA will verify that your name is on the current NSRCA master list, and that you have not already voted. </FONT></DIV>
