approval, I am forwarding this solution to you.</FONT></DIV>

Maureen Dunphy and have one mailed to you (or e-mailed if you like).
You can then fill it out and mail to the CPA.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>The CPA will verify that your name is on the
current NSRCA master list, and that you have not already voted.

information to allow the CPA to verify who it is coming from, it will not be
counted.</FONT></DIV>

has not yet received a ballot that they may request one from Maureen.
