had to back order an item. I get a personal email asking if it's okay,
and with an expected date. I wrote back, sure, but if you can't ship by
x date, cancel. When they get the stuff, I get an email and it SHIPPED
THE SAME DAY.</FONT></DIV>

TODAY. I was miffed. Wrote them back, said thanks, but how come 6
days to PROCESS. Got an answer about "closed for the Holidays, and
reopned on 1/3"... that means they had all the OTHER orders to process, and
got mine out in less than 2 days!!!! Again, small order, nobody buyer,
and they responded!!!!</FONT></DIV>

of the scope I want to share an experience from a company who did stand

a Mantis kit and it showed up last month.<SPAN

fuse was damaged near the horizontal stab.<SPAN
style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>It was dented and the gel coat was
cracked.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>I called Nedim and
told him what happened, he immediately offered to do whatever it took to
fix the situation, offered to send me a new fuse.<SPAN
style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>I even had a bunch of custom work
done on my Mantis, firewall installed and some other things.<SPAN
style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>The fuse was easily fixed so I did
not accept the new fuse offer.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">
</SPAN>I later found out that for whatever reason he had not insured the
shipment.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>And even though it
would’ve come out of his pocket, he offered to make sure I was happy.<SPAN

socket was not installed properly (Quique had the SAME problem and had

fix it). The offered me 10% off another kit.... What a
deal! <BR><BR>After many e-mails and some intervention by Quique
on my behalf, they agreed to replace the kit, but I still had to pay
