There is enough "give" in the assembly to allow you to take a 1/16" off
the rear face or the right-hand side to get a bit more side

raising the rear of the structure with a shim where it notches into the former
on the u/c support plates. I have done four of these this way. (The only one
that failed was the one that hit a tree after the battery terminal came away

the location of the firewall by shifting the box inside the cowling area
