The case was dismissed by Judge Raleeh (Justice of the Peace). His comments:</FONT>

<P><FONT face=Symbol size=2>·</FONT><FONT face="Times New Roman" size=1> </FONT><FONT face=Arial size=2>Based on Alice Fishel's account (distracted by plane, fell in yard and broke arm) he found her own action caused the injury.</FONT>
