size=2>Assuming that you are using your motor correctly, and keep it fairly
clean the motor itself should last a lifetime. The gearbox needs to be
serviced after around 300 flights, and eventually the gears may need to be
replaced. We have a full service department and can have motors turned
around in about 5 days. There is a flat rate of $15 for labor and gearbox
gears would cost $15, if they needed to be replaced.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

and gear-boxes at about 7-8 mins./flight? 3200s 10s1ps, 67 amps
max.(working on reducing amperage) assuming normal operation in pattern
flight. What do you do to rebuild them? What does it cost?
What is turn-around time? I've got about 50 flts. on one and it's
working fine--but I'd like to know when to sorta expect something to shoot
craps--like if we get 20 hours, then I'll know that after 150 flts or so that
maybe changing out the motor b4 the Nats might be wise.</FONT></DIV>
