we all had a good time. Definitely on my list for next year. That was my first
time flying the Focus (and the 402 sequence at a contest) - good thing Ed was
there to coach me through. Having all the Masters and FAI guys there was great,
and all of these guys just came down to help out - a few of them didn't
even fly. Thanks to everyone who made this happen.</SPAN></FONT></DIV>

<DIV>I'd like to thank all of the members of the PARCS club for hosting a D-1
primer on Sunday at Floyd Bennet field in Brooklyn. Just seeing that much open
space in Brooklyn was impressive. Thanks Jon for all of your work and also the
many D-1 members that gave their time and expertiese to make an enjoyable and
insightful day. If you have never been to Floyd Bennet field it is worth a
trip sometime just to check out all that is happening there. Again thanks to
everyone in D-1 that helped and made it a great day. By the way never put
mustard on a hamberuger in front of someone from Brooklyn. Apparently it is
some kind of sin. Joe Zeigenfus</DIV></BLOCKQUOTE></BODY></HTML>
