more planes than are appropriate to the mission and then recall the excess
members. When we assign three judges, we could ask for five and then release two
to be sure of the necessary number showing up. It might be easier on the contest
management, but as a contestant judge that got released I would find it a

seventies when I went to my first NATS. Since that time,
I haven't seen anyone come up with a solution that is fool proof and it
