<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>If the engine is running too rich in the mid range
lengthen the pipe. This pipe needs a little longer setup then Lance
originally posted. When I went to the AeroSLave pipe I installed it the same
length as my previous pipe and it was slobbery rich in the mid range. I
had to lengthen it about 1 1/2 inches. If it comes on the pipe real hard
then it is way too short. This pipe when at the right length will be real
smooth in transition and not come on the pipe hard but have a smooth constant
power on top end.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>When it is at the right length then richen the low
needle as much as it will stand with out loading up and you downlines will be
much, much better.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>I will measure mine tonight and give you an exact
length. I run a 17x12 APC and a 15.75x10 3blade by Lockhart and they
both are real smooth on the power.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV>I've bought the AeroSlave CF pipe for my OS140RX turning an APC
15x11 4-blade. Aeroslave gave a starting length of 29.5 inches from the engine
exhaust port to the end of the pipe. However, the engine runs extremely poorly
at this length. In order to transition past the midrange the high end needle
has to be very lean resulting in a lean high end. The power comes in with
a bang and the engine accelerates in down lines. I think this is too
short a pipe length although the header is full length.</DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV>Does anyone have any experience running these pipes on OS
engines? What's the best starting point?</DIV>
