<DIV>When I was a district VP, I basically gave up on AMA maintaining contest separation and tried to coordinate dates with the adjacent districts. In my case, the problem was with the AMA contest coordinators not communicating across AMA district borders. In your case it seems the AMA did not consider SPA and pattern contests being a conflict.</DIV>
