to come up with a budget for the NSRCA. Now I do realize that there was
a change in treasurer but not doing a budget is tantamount to recklessness in
dealing with the funds of the NSRCA. There should be no

<P>I have contacted Brian asking him if he can still do the treasurer job for
NSRCA, I know the storm was bad in some parts of LA. I know everyone is still
waiting on some kind of a budget I have ask Brian to let me know ASAP if he
can not do the job right now then Cathy and myself will come up with a
budget.</P></FONT></FONT></DIV>
