<P>I have contacted Brian asking him if he can still do the treasurer job
for NSRCA, I know the storm was bad in some parts of LA. I know everyone is
still waiting on some kind of a budget I have ask Brian to let me know ASAP
if he can not do the job right now then Cathy and myself will come up with a
