be small and free of slop. </DIV>

moving horn needs some serious support. </DIV>
<DIV>On a pattern plane this would mean very strong and free bearings to
prevent rocking and lateral swaying. These <BR>bearings need to support and take
a lot of abuse, deal well with vibration, not wear out quickly, handle
prop-turbulence etc.<BR><BR>I have seen that you can get much more of an
improvement on a pattern plane by employing a counter-balanced
