districts talent without a district championship. Those who are serious about
gaining the district champ title wont have a problem driving the distance to
compete at the championship. This would eliminate the need for points gained
only within the district. Take the points from all contests entered, regardless
of district, weight the district championship points, and you have a
district champion.</FONT></DIV>
