significant improvement in participation from the previous election. That
has been the story in District 7 for the past few years. A slow but steady
increase in participation, new flyers, new contests, etc. </DIV>

did not have a preference who won and decided not to vote. Not trying to
make things sound better than reality but in actuality, a greater than 50%
turnout in voting is not shabby considering that some members 'decide' to renew
late anyway and bypass voting.</DIV>
