For the life of me I can't understand how so many company's involved with RC can have such poor customer service. Why is it so hard for so many to answer questions? I understand that they are small businesses and lack resourses but that's not an excuse. If company's can't communicate with there customers than they deserve to go belly up. Mike

I have a Quest and like the plane. However in October I ordered a spare cowl & wheel pants. They finally came in January, but as luck would have it the cowl is the wrong color. Over the past week I have tried several times to call them and always get their voice mail. Have left three messages, but no return calls. Not a good sign.

I'm interested in one of these but have heard rumors that Creek Hobbies is either having troubles or getting out of the business. Does anyone have info regarding said rumors & as to whether the plane will be supported (i.e. spare parts)? Thanks.

Creek Hobbies is offering the Quest on RCU for $215. No need to wait for auction to close on ebay, where bidding starts at $215 anyway!
